PACE is actively working with law enforcement agencies around the country to support our mission of requiring all new officers to hold a Bachelor degree.  If you are a police officer with a college degree or chief of a police department that requires a 4-year college degree as a recruitment standard, you are welcome to join PACE.

PACE is aware that these departments require, by policy or practice, a four year college degree for entering officers.
